ucs.health is the secure Patient Portal for Unified Care Services, a home medical equipment (DME) provider. Patients use this portal to manage their equipment orders, resupply requests, and account information.
This portal uses SMS text messages exclusively for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). One-time passcodes (OTPs) are sent to verify patient identity at login. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.
Patients must check an SMS consent checkbox before a verification code is sent. Consent is not a condition of receiving healthcare services. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
